The Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and smooth workflow. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage a team of hourly employees.
What You’ll Do: - Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, handling, storage, and shipping of electronic components
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies
- Implement and optimize inventory management processes, including audits and tracking systems
- Leverage technology to enhance warehouse efficiency and streamline operations
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams to align warehouse functions with broader operational goals
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence
What We're Looking For - 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in electronic manufacturing or a startup environment
- Experience managing hourly employees and fostering a positive, productive work culture
- Strong understanding of warehouse technology and inventory management systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
