Role: Business Analysts

Location: Toronto, NS Remote

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and sales processes to support the Sky Tree project.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, book planning, lead management, forecasting, and opportunity management.

Primary Skill Set (Must-Have):

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and sales process workflows.
• Experience with Book Planning, Book Assignments, Lead Management, Forecasting, and Opportunity Management.
• Prior experience in Salesforce (SF) implementation is mandatory.

Secondary Skill Set (Good to Have):

• Understanding of CRM best practices and business process optimization.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting to support sales decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT.

Nice to Have: Experience with Gong AI for sales analytics and conversational intelligence. Exposure to other AI-driven sales enablement tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Assist in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization to optimize sales processes.
• Support data-driven decision-making through reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
