Job Summary:

The Bear Paw Lodge Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Front Desk.

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: Beaver Creek
  • Expected Pay Range: The budgeted range starts at $57,0000 - $60,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round
  • Skill Level: Advanced

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Homecare program and communicate with all owners to schedule requested tasks with follow up once completed, unit access, arrivals/departures and housekeeping.
  • Manage the Rental program and all that entails.  Pre-arrival and mid stay communication, inventory management, review unit standards and work with owners on upgrades, folio management…etc.
  • Update and distribute daily housekeeping report and coordinate housekeeping team on schedule and priorities
  • Create Purchase Orders in AP system and submit invoices for payment
  • Post charges to Owner statements in lodging system
  • Coordinate with Front Desk staff and Maintenance, tracking work order progress and projects
  • Process/submit monthly credit card reports
  • Order office and housekeeping supplies

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills required
  • Prior hospitality experience required
  • College degree preferred

The expected pay range is $57,0000 - $60,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
