Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate efficiently in a virtual work environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules
Coordinate meetings and appointments
Handle email correspondence and phone calls
Organize and maintain digital files and databases
Perform research tasks as needed
Assist with travel arrangements
Prepare reports and presentations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with virtual communication tools such as Zoom or willing to partake in training

Salary: $ 24.00 35.00 Per Hour
