Position Overview
The Senior Account Manager at TopRight serves as the principal liaison for key client accounts, overseeing complex projects and driving strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires seasoned leadership in managing client relationships, developing high-level strategies, and ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams. The Senior Account Manager also mentors junior staff, addresses escalated challenges and identifies opportunities for account growth. With strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, this professional aligns client objectives with integrated marketing solutions to achieve business results.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and trust. 

  • Lead the development and execution of high-level marketing strategies to meet client objectives. 

  • Mentor and guide Account Managers and Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. 

  • Oversee complex project workflows, including: 

    • Collaborating on strategic planning and campaign development. 

    • Managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision. 

    • Leading stakeholder reviews and approvals. 

  • Deliver strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance. 

  • Address escalated client concerns and proactively resolve complex challenges. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, creative, media, production) to deliver integrated solutions. 

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and develop proposals for additional services. 

  • Ensure seamless execution of projects aligned with client goals and internal standards. 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships at a senior level with professionalism and confidence. 

  • Strong strategic thinking skills and a proven ability to drive business results. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. 

  • Expertise in planning, managing, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns. 

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Proficiency with project management tools; experience with Wrike is a plus. 

  • Ability to provide clear guidance and feedback to team members and stakeholders. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 

  • 7+ years of account management experience in a marketing or advertising agency. 

  • Experience with both agency and client-side roles is highly desirable. 

  • Willingness to travel to client locations and company meetings as needed

  • Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000, based on experience.
