About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on high-volume outreach—making up to 100 touchpoints per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages)—to identify businesses in need of staffing solutions. Your primary goal will be to schedule qualified appointments with potential clients and collaborate with the recruiting team to convert those leads into closed deals.
This is a remote-first role with occasional onsite meetings for team collaboration or client interactions. If you're self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to earn uncapped commissions, this opportunity is for you!
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $24,000 per year ($2,000/month)
Commission: $200 per closed deal (when a client signs and a candidate starts)
Monthly Bonus: $500 when you close 3+ deals in a single month
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $36,000-$50,000+ (uncapped potential)
Earning Potential: Top-performing SDRs can significantly exceed the OTE range!
What You'll Do
Prospect Outreach & Lead Generation
Conduct 100+ outbound touchpoints per day (phone, email, LinkedIn) to identify potential clients.
Maintain organized and detailed records of outreach activity in the CRM.
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
Identify key decision-makers and understand their staffing needs.
Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the Business Development or Recruiting team.
Pipeline Management & Collaboration
Work closely with recruiters to track leads from signed contracts to candidate placements.
Regularly follow up with prospects to ensure smooth deal progression.
Occasional Onsite Engagement
Attend in-person client meetings or team strategy sessions as needed.
Professionally represent the company in all interactions.
Hit (and Exceed) Monthly Targets
Goal: Schedule 15+ qualified appointments and close at least 3 deals per month to maximize earnings.
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (staffing experience is a plus!).
Comfortable with high-volume outreach—willing to make 50-100 calls daily in a fast-paced environment.
Remote work ready—strong self-discipline, a dedicated workspace, and a reliable internet connection.
Excellent communication skills—clear, confident phone presence and persuasive written communication.
Results-driven mindset—thrives in a performance-based role and enjoys achieving (or exceeding) sales goals.
