Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – California

Employment Details:

Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients across various backgrounds
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a remote team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain confidential and detailed client records
Stay updated with industry best practices and clinical advancements

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California
Minimum two years of experience in mental health or counseling
Prior experience in telehealth is preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients remotely
