Your Key Responsibilities:

Interview and onboard potential candidates
Build and lead your own team
Create & manage marketing on social media
Lead global Zoom training calls
Analyse ad performance and explore new platforms
Participate in business training and daily admin
Use and promote our leadership development programs

What You Bring:

Experience in coaching, leadership, or marketing
Great communicator, especially over the phone
Comfortable with tech and social media
Visionary mindset with strong self-leadership
5+ years of professional experience
Passion for personal growth and helping others succeed
