It provides both Cambridge International Curriculum and British National Curriculum programs. Job responsibilitiesLead and manage the primary section, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and implementation of curricula.Support and mentor teachers in their professional development and actively participate in the planning and assessment processes.Coordinate the primary program and foster communication between grade levels as well as between teachers and parents.Organize school events, open days, and parent-teacher meetings to promote engagement within the school community.Develop and maintain effective assessment processes to monitor student progress and implement strategies for improvement.Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure that resources and facilities meet the needs of the primary program.
