Your Role:
As a part-time pediatric clinical therapist, you'll play a vital role in providing essential mental health support to children and families through our user-friendly telehealth platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering Expert Teletherapy: Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to children aged 0-14, as well as their parents and families, using our secure and intuitive platform.
Applying Proven Interventions: Implement a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), among others.
Maintaining Accurate Clinical Records: Complete comprehensive clinical documentation for each patient, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans, using our streamlined platform.
Collaborating in Case Reviews: Participate in weekly case review and manager meetings to ensure consistent and effective care delivery.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking therapists who are:
Independently Licensed: Hold a master's level degree and be independently licensed in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Experienced in Child and Family Therapy: Possess 1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families, with demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders through evidence-based practices.
Tech-Savvy and Adaptable: Feel comfortable using technology and are enthusiastic about incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
Passionate and Driven: Demonstrate a strong passion for providing mental health care services to children and families and are excited to contribute to an early-stage initiative focused on improving virtual care accessibility.
Schedule and Compensation:
Flexible part-time hours, with days and evenings required. We are looking for providers who can provide 10-20 hours of clinical care.
Competitive hourly compensation at $75 per hour, paid as a W2 employee.
Clinical consultation meetings are encouraged, and all hours worked are compensated.
