• Be the Heart of the Clinic: Manage schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Educate & Inspire: Explain the benefits of physical therapy to current and potential patients.
• Stay Organized: Handle payment collection and balancing.
• Connect with Patients: Answer phones and emails with professionalism and care.
