Mortgage Loan Officer

Who you are:
You are an excellent communicator with a solid understanding of different loan products, organized, and possess a commitment to exceptional member service. You pay attention to detail, act with strong ethical conduct, and have the capacity to build rapport with members while ensuring transparency throughout the loan process.
What you will do:
As the Mortgage Loan Officer, you will ensure a positive member journey by processing and servicing, whether by phone or online, consumer and mortgage loan requests accurately and timely in a collaborative environment. Collecting required documents and communicating with our members every step of the loan process.
You will educate our members on new products and services that allow them to reach their financial goals.
Our Loan Center Progression Model that is designed to provide you advancement in your role and an increase in your salary through on-the-job training and structured compensation increase.

What you will need:
Experience: At least five years of similar or related experience. NMLS registry.
Education: A high school diploma or GED.
