Job Description

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to jump into a fast-paced healthcare environment? We are seeking a Materials / Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client for an 8-week assignment supporting a healthcare facility in Issaquah, WA.

What You’ll be Doing…

  • Utilize a computerized MMIS (Materials Management Information System) to manage inventory, conduct physical counts, and replenish supply areas.
  • Receive and put away incoming stock and non-stock shipments.
  • Prepare and coordinate outgoing parcel and freight shipments.
  • Respond to onsite clinician requests for supply replenishment as needed.
  • Answer the main phone line and assist with product delivery.

Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…

  • 1 year of experience in inventory systems, receiving, warehousing, and/or supply distribution using a computerized MMIS in a perpetual inventory system within the past three years.
  • Coursework or training in inventory and supply distribution management.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).

 

Here’s the important details:

· Location : Issaquah, WA

· Pay Rate : $25 to $29 per hour

· Assignment Duration : 8 weeks

· Schedule : Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

· Compliance : You must be able to pass a criminal background check, provide up to date immunization records, and a recent health screening.

· Dress Code : Comfortable shoes and clothing. Medical scrubs will be provided onsite.

· Education Requirement : High School Diploma or GED required.
