About the Role:

As a  Luxury Travel Coordinator , you will work with discerning clients to curate tailor-made, high-end travel experiences. This is a commission-based, remote position, perfect for self-motivated professionals who thrive in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and book customized luxury travel experiences, including five-star accommodations, private tours, first-class airfare, and exclusive experiences.
• Provide white-glove service from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, ensuring seamless and memorable journeys.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-end clients, suppliers, and travel partners.
• Stay up to date on luxury travel trends, destinations, and exclusive offerings.
• Manage bookings, itineraries, and client communications efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Established knowledge of luxury travel suppliers and partners is a plus.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients at once.
