Do you consider yourself a food service fanatic? Do you enjoy seeing the smile on a customer's face when they have been served delicious food that YOU made? Iron Skillet, located in Joplin 44 Petro, is looking for motivated Line Cooks to join their team.
This is a full time position. You must be able to work any shift. We are open 24 hours.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Excellent food preparation and presentation
Close attention to detail, accuracy, and speed!
Make cleanliness and safety a top priority
A team player
Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Plating prepared foods
Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
Working with waitress and waiters to ensure that orders are completed accurately
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and guidelines
Cooking menu items in cooperation with other members of kitchen staff
