An established and fast-paced CPG/FMCG manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a background in unionized Food & Beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) production environments. This is a strategic and hands-on role for an HR leader who can stabilize operations, develop talent, and drive culture and engagement in a plant undergoing transformation.
About the Role
As the Plant HR Manager, you’ll serve as the lead HR business partner for a major production site known for producing iconic Food & Beverage CPG brands. You will report to a regional HR Director who provides strong onboarding support and values autonomy once you're ramped up. The role requires a proactive, collaborative HR leader who understands the fast-paced, high-output nature of CPG manufacturing.
