Job Opportunity: Housekeeping Director (Confidential Location)
Position : Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Director to lead and manage the housekeeping operations of a well-respected facility. This is a full-time leadership role that plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and staff.
Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping services, including cleaning, sanitation, and laundry operations.
Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety protocols.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure adequate stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain operational flow.
Requirements :
Proven experience in housekeeping or facility management, with prior leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, health and safety standards, and sanitation regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
