We're seeking a future team member for the role of Head of Client Service to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York. NY - HYBRID In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Sets and leads strategic planning for the Client Services organization to improve the overall client experience and improve team productivity and quality. Leads multiple large teams across the globe. Devises training and process improvements to ensure the teams have right tools to be successful. Design and track client health metrics and Service officer score cards. Seek continuous improvement to differentiate BNYM in the market. Guides the development of policies to ensure client satisfaction and leads key client service initiatives. Maintains in-depth familiarity with industry best practices and identifies opportunities to implement as appropriate. Resolves the most complex issues or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed. Provides guidance and coaching to managers and staff with issue resolution as necessary. Maintains long-standing relationships with senior business leaders to report client trends and needs. Provides forward-looking and strategic insight on client issues to drive future revenue growth. Uses extensive industry knowledge to foresee needed improvements. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Area supports a variety of complex client accounts. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred. 15 plus years of total work experience with at least 5-7 years of management experience preferred. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $275,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
