Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on presentation design to develop compelling visual content for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-quality presentations, process diagrams, digital assets, and Google Sites, supporting our infrastructure team at a major technology company. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage deadlines, and ensure all deliverables meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design professional presentations for high-level executives and internal events, adhering to company branding guidelines.
  • Develop original graphic content for slides tailored to a variety of audiences.
  • Create detailed process diagrams and flowcharts to support operational workflows.
  • Design and build Google Sites for internal communication, project documentation, and informational portals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify creative solutions for complex communication challenges.
  • Support the development of related documents, including process flows, training materials, and communications.
  • Manage and maintain Google Workspace accounts, including creating AMP groups, distribution lists, and access groups.
  • Provide account management assistance for Google and other access management tasks as needed.
  • Participate in meetings with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project workflows and workload management for large-scale projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets and presentations.
  • Assist with digital poster, infographic, logo, and website design as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in presentation design using PowerPoint (Mac/PC 2011+), Google Slides, Keynote, and Prezi, including use of multiple masters, animations, and interactive elements.
  • Proven experience creating process diagrams, flowcharts, and visual documentation.
  • Experience designing logos, icons, infographics, digital posters, and building Google Sites.
  • Familiarity with wiki content creation and digital asset management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience working with stakeholders across all levels, including high-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours to meet critical deadlines.
  • Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and visual systems.
  • Understanding of presentation technology constraints, including aspect ratios, resolution, image formats, and animations.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic account management skills, including creating AMP groups, distribution lists, and managing access permissions.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
