Job Description

Parallel Employment is seeking experienced and passionate Food Scientists to join our team. As a Food Scientist, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and improving food products and processes. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that our food products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and safety.

In this role, you will perform various tasks including formulating recipes, conducting sensory evaluations, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or related field
• Proven experience in food product development or similar role
• Strong knowledge of food science principles and techniques
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in the food industry
• Proficient in using food science software and computer applications
