Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING a Farm Manager in Nyssa, OR

• Day shift (Hours and days off will vary and rotate)
• Monday- Sunday
• 40+ hours a week with 2 weeks off in the winter
• $33.65 P/H

Duties:

• Planning, managing and maintaining a farm’s daily operations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm and the workers.
• Mentors the farm workers and directs them.
• Makes sure all equipment is functional and in good standing use at the farm.
• Schedules maintenance on equipment when needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in irrigations/tractor maintenance and field operations is required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be drug-free
• Must wear appropriate boots
• Must complete background check
