Logistics Executive, Regional Logistics
The Logistics Executive assists in managing as well as monitoring operational functions within end-to-end logistics operations in the omnichannel environment, including warehouse (3PL), domestic and overseas transport and last mile delivery to customers both B2B and B2C.

Warehouse and Operations Management
Manages the relationship with the 3PL in-charge of Warehousing
Coordinating and communicating business requirements (volumes, SLAs) and standards to 3PL, and ensuring their successful execution
Overseeing 3PL operational performance (on-time operations, reliability, adaptability), maintaining and distributing performance KPIs
Conducting monthly meetings with 3PL to review above points and others (eg: safety matters)
Identifying any trends that may affect 3PL performance, and determining actions to be taken
Initiating and implementing a continuous improvement process with 3PL
Liaising with internal Sephora stakeholders to plan inbound and outbound operations
Communicating business projected volumes related to warehouse operations in preparation to business needs and events
Supplying Planning team and Procurement team to plan inbound operations
Liaising with Procurement team on inventory integrity issues driven from supplier or brand
Support in building schedule of deliveries to stores, balancing service to stores and efficient warehouse operations
Liaising with Ecommerce team to build event and campaign fulfilment strategy and recovery plan
Liaising with brands and/or other external stakeholders to facilitate warehousing processes (eg: product information, batch coding/expiry dates management, labelling)
Managing claims and quality issues both with suppliers and with stores
Managing reverse logistics flows from stores to warehouse as well as from warehouse to suppliers
Freight Management
Monitoring costs and service level agreements, defining corrective actions to cope with budget
Monitoring KPI on transportation activity and action plans to reach objectives
Monitoring and auditing compliances with safety and environmental requirements
Managing relationship with transportation partners (eg: performance review, cost control)
Managing Freight Tenders yearly, or as and when required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain
Experience in Logistics, ideally in retail including Ecommerce, FMCG or Medical Industry will be beneficial
Strong analytical skills and able to work with data
Possess advanced Excel capabilities
Experience with SAP and WMS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work across functional areas and levels of the organization
Able to influence stakeholders and navigate a matrix set-up
Meticulous, proactive and possess learning agility
