OVERVIEW
A growing national company is looking for a motivated individual to perform drywall repair and grow our brand throughout Morris and Somerset Counties. Seeking an experienced professional in drywall repair, installation, or general home repair to manage all aspects of the customer experience, including scheduling, estimating, and follow-ups. Strong communication skills are required to provide project updates to customers and progress reports to the business owner.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. This role offers competitive pay, a company van, and tools, with the potential to earn six figures through profit-sharing. Ideal for those looking for independence and growth in a home services business.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of working with drywall installation or repairs required
Experience with managing construction, carpentry, or home repair crews is a big plus
Valid drivers license
Clean driving record & background check
PREFERRED SKILLS
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. English & Spanish speaking are a plus!
