Job Description

Description We are in search of a Dispatcher for our Real Estate & Property industry operations based in Tustin, California. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with managing utility compliance, liaising with our third-party utility vendor, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth move-in experience for our residents. Responsibilities - Liaise with residents to address and resolve any utility-related queries within the established service level agreement. - Coordinate with the third-party vendor to ensure the activation of all utilities before the resident's lease start date. - Handle the escalation of utility inquiries and requests by providing the necessary information for completion. - Regularly communicate with residents to assess and address their unique needs with appropriate urgency and response plans. - Gain comprehensive knowledge of the utility process to foresee and manage resident escalations. - Stay updated on resident-facing programs and platforms such as smart home technology, Pathlight resident portal and App, SMS maintenance platform, etc. - Contribute to the development and administration of Sustainability/ESG programs to meet objectives effectively and transparently. - Analyze reports from the third-party vendor (Conservice) to monitor activation progress, supply necessary documents, and ensure accuracy. - Oversee exceptions and act as a bridge between internal departments and external partners to resolve activation delays, disconnects, and areas requiring presence. - Utilize your skills in Computer Programs, CRM, Management System, Answering Inbound Calls, Billing Functions, Communication, Dispatching, Yardi Property Management, Work Orders, Customer Service, and Utilities. Requirements - Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM and management systems - Ability to answer inbound calls efficiently and professionally - Familiarity with billing functions and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Prior experience in dispatching roles, ideally within the real estate industry - Knowledge of Yardi Property Management software - Ability to manage and prioritize work orders effectively - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Understanding of utilities within the property or real estate industry TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
