Position Overview Vanguard Renewables is seeking a detail-oriented
Contract/Pricing Administrator to manage contract processes, support pricing strategies, and facilitate communication between sales and legal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, legal review, and negotiation, with expertise in regional pricing analysis.
Key Responsibilities - Legal Support: Collaborate with legal teams to review contracts, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
- Regional Pricing Analysis: Analyze and manage regional pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Liaison Between Sales & Legal: Act as the primary contact between sales and legal teams, facilitating smooth communication and contract approvals.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for contract management and pricing strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Contract Management: Load executed agreements into the contract management system and maintain updated master contract matrices and price files.
- Renewal Process: Manage contract expirations and renewals and track pending agreements and amendments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales Operations to ensure accurate customer alignment and pricing.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer and sales team requests with professionalism.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to contract and sales operations to meet evolving business needs.
- Analytics: Perform analytics to determine contract compliance and participation levels.
Skills & Qualifications Required: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, pricing administration, or customer relations
- Experience with legal review or working closely with legal teams
- Strong analytical skills in pricing strategy and analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and pricing tools (preferred)
- Self-starter with a drive to exceed expectations
