MW Partners is currently seeking a Accounting Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Disseminates all start paperwork
• Generates on all assigned series
• A-T-L payment schedules
• Episodic writer & director agreements
• Option pick up & start date notices
• Notices of Tentative Writing Credits
• Creates and maintains show files and informational charts for all assigned series
• Sends out pertinent documentation & maintains charts in connection with the BCS, CBS
• Anti-Harassment Training, NOE for all assigned series

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business and legal affairs, production payroll
• and/or contract administration at a major studio or agency
• Ability to read and understand contracts and terms of payment
• Ability to work effectively and communicate with multiple internal and external groups
• Knowledge of Microsoft 360 - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to work well under pressure with many changing deadlines/strong time management skills
• Be a proactive contributor who can work both independently and collaboratively to balance multiple priorities at a time
• Have phenomenal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
