More than that, however, we ourselves are a team of entrepreneurs who have spent our careers growing small entrepreneur and family-owned companies. We are looking for the right individual to join our team, who is ready to learn and use their skills and experience to add value to our ever-growing company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners through phone and email contact daily.
• Establish relationships with new partners to increase sales volume
• Manage and oversee a personal portfolio of daily leads
• Create and achieve monthly sales goals
• Work daily with internal team to increase productivity and efficiency
• Represent the Fundworks in the most professional manner to achieve success and increase brand recognition

Skills and Competencies

• Detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, able to prioritize, and problem solve
• Energetic, self motivated and creative individual
• Ability to achieve high levels of success in a results driven environment
• Integrity based individual
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience required in the industry

Compensation

• Base Salary of 63k-73k/year plus Commission
