Responsibilities

• The Budtender is a key team member at our dispensary and is responsible for providing unique customer service experiences, educational consulting, and in some cases customer record management
• Greet customers with a smile and positive attitude
• Assist customers in navigating through their cannabis education journey
• Build lasting relationships with regular customers to promote regular store visits
• Partner with team members in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• Provide customers with information on types, methods, and efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice)
• Continue on-going cannabis education and training
• Provide support to managers and other budtenders as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation/store front
• Review online orders to ensure accuracy before pick-up
• Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays of regulated and unregulated inventory
• Process transactions at the Point of Sale (POS) system and ensure the state monitored inventory system accurately updates the amount of product available
• Regular rotation of working at front desk, checking ID’s and greeting customers
• Physical and Mental Demands: Working Environment: Work is performed in a retail environment
