Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Argo Developer with 5+ years of experience working in the banking domain, specifically with Argo Teller, Argo Lending, and Argo Sales & Service applications.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Argo-based solutions to support front-end and back-office banking operations.
• This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Argo applications including Teller, Lending, and Sales & Service modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Customize and configure Argo components to meet client-specific needs.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Argo platform functionality and performance.
• Work closely with QA and deployment teams to ensure smooth release cycles.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Argo Teller, Argo Lending, and Argo Sales & Service.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and processes.
• Experience working in large-scale financial services or banking environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
