The Company:

The client is a global provider of world-leading energy technologies. Their switchgear, UPS, ASCO ATS, and EPMS software is some of the most recognizable in the world used by all industry leaders. This particular division in responsible for the design, build and construction of mission critical data centers as well as the installation of equipment. They are looking for a Construction Administrator to ensure that construction documentation is accurate, timely, properly stored and effectively communicated.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain documentation of daily safety documents and daily site reports and upload into appropriate systems
• Track all missing reports and work with staff and management to ensure compliance with site requirements
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all construction documentation
• Track and report on weekly staff rotations for the site
• Coordinate with other Construction Admins all office materials, supplies and safety supplies

Required Skills:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in office administration/management
• 2+ years in an office setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with project management software (e.g., Procore, TouchPlan, Microsoft Project)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Desired Skills:

• Experience working in a construction environment
• OSHA familiarity or basic knowledge of construction safety standards
