IRON THUNDER MOTORCYCLE CLUB INC. (ITMC-NZ) RIDE DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Any participant in an ITMC-NZ event or ride does so on the following undertaking:

• The Motorcycle used is in good condition and is registered and warranted as required under NZ Law;
• The Rider has a valid NZ Drivers Licence allowing the Rider to legally ride the motorcycle;
• The Rider will abide by any instruction or direction given to the Rider by a member of ITMC-NZ;
• The Rider acknowledges and accepts that the sport of Motorcycle riding might cause the Rider injury, serious or otherwise and/or may damage the Riders property (e.g. property owned by the Rider or in the Riders possession or under the Riders control);
• The Rider wishes to take part in the event or ride despite the above risks;
• Neither the Rider, or anyone associated, or connected with, the Rider will make any claim against ITMC-NZ, it’s officers, members or volunteers collectively referred to as ITMC-NZ in respect of: a) any injury suffered by the Rider; or b) any damage to any of the Riders property regardless of how the injury or damage occurs;
• The Rider will indemnify ITMC-NZ, it’s officers, members or volunteers collectively referred to as ITMC-NZ against all claims, damages or losses (including costs) which the Rider incurs as the direct or indirect result of any injury to the Rider or damage to the Riders property;
